Biography

Corinna Ferrandino, M.D., is a naturopathic/holistic doctor trained in applied kinesiology and currently participating in advanced studies of homeopathy. She was awarded her diploma after successfully completing her training in medicine at the University of Zurich Medical School in Zurich, CH.  In Switzerland and the United States, she received further training in general surgery, parts of which were done at UNM, KUMC, Hahnemann University, and New York. She has also completed a fellowship in burns at USF, Tampa Bay Regional Hospital, the state of Florida’s largest burn center. She also completed a fellowship in hand surgery at St. Leonhard’s Clinic, St. Gallen, CH; a clinic that pioneered in orthopedic outpatient procedures using local and regional anesthesia.
She has also been trained in transplant surgery, especially the heart, while volunteering at Columbia University.
Through her extensive work in New York as a house physician, Dr. Ferrandino has broadened her knowledge in all fields of medicine including:

Since Medical School, Dr. Ferrandino has been interested in naturopathic/holistic medicine. She has continually expanded her knowledge in the field while experiencing its many benefits through treatments such as:

She holds a Certificate in Energy Kinesiology Fundamentals, Energy Kinesiology Certification, and Biochemistry Kinesiology Certification. She holds a Certificate in Acute Homeotherapeutics. She is currently receiving education as a Qigong Instructor at Qigong Awareness. She holds a Certificate as Qigong Instructor QI 50. She is currently receiving her education in Classical Homeopathy at the Caduceus Institute of Classical Homeopathy. In addition, Dr. Ferrandino has been doing yoga for many years, and for the last three years has been doing tai chi, including sword and saber, pushing hands, qigong, and most recently, ba gua. She loves animals and nature, going camping, and taking long walks with her dog. She also loves bicycle riding, reading, and doing research.
